Extra GP services on weekends and bank holidays

On weekends and bank holidays from Saturday 18 December until Sunday 16 January, 8am to 8pm, you can call 0333 332 6570 and selection option 6, if you need urgent help for a non-life-threatening condition. GP practices in (Wandsworth) will be providing extra appointments on weekends and bank holidays from Saturday 18 December 2021 until Sunday 16 January 2022. When you call the number, you will be assessed by a clinician and offered a suitable appointment or advice if required. This may be a video or face to face appointment. Outside of these hours please call 111. Don’t forget that you can also go to your local pharmacy for non-urgent health advice. Please only call 999 if you believe there is a life-threatening emergency.

Our staff are working extremely hard to provide services and care and we would like to thank our patients for your continued support.

We are still open and here for you. We are continuing to provide services as we have been doing throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We are prioritising the delivery of care and services based on clinical need.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

To protect our patients and staff our entrance doors have been temporarily closed to the public but please be assured our practice remains open to deliver ALL primary care services. 

Please DO NOT come to the surgery unless you have an appointment or you have been asked to come in.  

Appointments are being delivered by telephonevideo call and messaging to your mobile or computer or face-to-face, as appropriate. 

If you need medical advice or treatment please ring us on 020 78011460 but please be patient as our phone lines have been extremely busy during the current pandemic. Alternatively you can register to use DoctorLink for an online consultation (see below), or book a telephone consultation via our GP online booking service. For non-urgent advice or treatment you can send a query to our surgery email address

When you phone or go online, you will be asked to provide some information about your healthcare need. This will help the practice healthcare team assess the most appropriate way to provide your care, which may include a face-to-face consultation and ensure it is provided by the most appropriate person. Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients where it is considered that there is a clinical need.

If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you, our staff and other patients safe from infection during your visit to the surgery. Please use the buzzer to the right of the entrance doors to talk with a patient services advisor who will initially ask you some questions about your current condition / whether you are suffering from any coronavirus symptoms.  

If you have a disability or condition which means you cannot wear a face covering or cannot communicate with someone who is wearing a face mask, or require adjustments before your appointment, please let the surgery know ahead of your arrival.

Online consultation requests for non-urgent help can be made at any time. They will be responded to as soon as possible, usually within two working days. 

Alternatively, you can visit your local pharmacy for clinical advice on minor health concerns.

For urgent issues or out of hours, you can also call NHS 111 or go online to seek further NHS advice.

If you require a repeat prescription you will be asked to nominate a pharmacy so that we can send your prescription electronically directly to your local pharmacy, without you having to attend the surgery.

ou must self-isolate immediately if you if you have symptoms associated with coronavirus, however mild, including a new continuous cough, a high temperature, and/or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste you must self-isolate for at least 10 days from when your symptoms started. You should also arrange to have a test to see if you have COVID-19.

You must also self-isolate immediately if you've tested positive for coronavirus, you live with someone who has symptoms or tested positive, someone in your support bubble has symptoms or tested positive, you've been told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace or you arrive in the UK fro, a country with a high coronavirus risk.

Please DO NOT book an appointment or attend the surgery, a pharmacy or hospital.

If you have symptoms and live with others, they need to stay at home and not leave the house for 14 days, to avoid spreading the infection outside the home. The 14-day period starts from the day the first person in the household became ill or if they do not have symptoms, from the day their test was taken.

If anyone in your home gets symptoms, they need to stay at home for at least 10 days from when their symptoms appear, regardless of what day they are on in their original 14-day isolation period. The most up-to-date public guidance is always online at

If you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home, or your condition gets worse then use the NHS 111 online COVID-19 service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do. If you do not have internet access, call NHS 111. For a medical emergency dial 999
